Ask any “Car Guy or Gal” and the answer is a quick and resounding “Yes!!” to the question of if a car can be considered art. But ask a non-car guy and the answer may be rather ho-hum. When a builder can get that person to answer with a definite yes, they’ve become the master. Singer may have done just that. They’ve started with what some have considered the perfect Porsche platform – the air cooled 964. Then they reimagined what perfection could look like in the interior, exterior, and powertrain. Next, they molded, shifted and tweaked until the sculpture took form. Over the course of many years, my dream is to turn “project Viper” into a fraction of what the folks at Singer have created.
