I get asked all the time how I got into Kydex. Well, the fact is that I get a kick out of reverse engineering things and figuring out how its made. I’ve done that with tons of things from leatherwork, screenprinting, pinstriping, etc. And of course, like everyone else, my go-to source of info was YouTube!!! So I thought I would pass along the information to you loyal GearsGunsAndGrub fans out there that want to get into making some cool stuff. This video is part 1 of a multi-part series where I will walk you through a number of projects start to finish. In part 1 I will just focus on the equipment you will need to get started.
